Oklahoma
Havard Industries, a cannabis testing lab in Oklahoma, tested 15 pre-rolls for their microbial levels from three dispensaries in the state. The study found 14 of them exceeded the threshold of 10,000 colony-forming units for mold and yeast.
Massachusetts
The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission says it failed to collect more than $500,000 in licensing fees from applicants over the last two years, but officials insist no money was stolen.
Nebraska
A pair of proposals that seek to legalize, regulate and tax cannabis for Nebraskans 21 years and older were considered by the Judiciary Committee Aug. 2. Both proposals also would remove cannabis from the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.
